I recently found myself unexpectedly in the market for a vehicle following a collision in which a distracted teenager rear-ended me and totaled my car. I did not purchase a vehicle there. My girlfriend did and I was with her. They had the patience of a saint! My GF took 3 weeks to decide that she wanted the truck. There were 2 she was looking at. We did not have to go ip a 3rd time because they brought the vehicle too her! We came from the Bangor area to Houlton. Now THAT is customer service!

I recently took delivery of a 2025 F-350 Powerstroke that I had ordered through York’s of Houlton. I am so pleased with the whole experience with York’s. Mark Chapman led the process, and every member of the York’s team performed admirably, from specifying the truck, through high level service expectations and detailed warranty explanations. Among the best buying experiences I have had for several years.

I bought a Ford Mustang from Mark Chapman a salesman at Yorks was very pleasant to deal with help me get everything put on my phone. I had everything done In About an hour from paper work to getting a tour of my vehicle. And also Emily Putnam was awesome to get some of the paper work ready before I even got there.
