I recently found myself unexpectedly in the market for a vehicle following a collision in which a distracted teenager rear-ended me and totaled my car. We contacted York’s regarding a black 2025 Grand Highlander on a Friday afternoon. We were told it was available so I told that person we would be there at 9 the next morning (we live 100 miles away) only to get there and find out the black highlander was offered to someone else after I called. Needless to say, we were disappointed and frustrated that no one called to tell us it was gone before we drove 100 miles. We were a bit disappointed that we drove all the way from Fort Kent and were going to go home empty-handed and 4 hours of travel wasted. Mark Pritchard, however, took really good care of us and helped us into a 2026. Mark was very compassionate and really apologized and asked us to sit with him and let him try to help us. He went to speak with Eric and they offered us one of the Grand Highlanders that had yet to be prepped. The rest is history, Mark, Eric and Emily really gave us first rate service. We felt valued and they all worked very hard to meet our needs. We did not leave with the car (it was delivered to us a few days later – we did not have to go after it ourselves!! Service!!!) Having worked in the Auto industry for 18 years as a “wrench” I know that it is all about service. The vehicles sell themselves – the service brings you back (or not) to that same Dealership. My wife and I left with smiles on our faces feeling like we were treated like family, not like customers. York’s rocked it out – very, very pleased!!

The people at York's of Houlton could not have been more accommodating and more supportive of my purchase of a new Highlander Hybrid. I would recommend them to any good friend or family member. Zach, my sales representative, was awesome and even sent a car for me to test drive and then drove my new car right to my house (2.5 hours away). He was attentive, knowledgeable and caring. They also have a great financial office to help with your loan and Luis was awesome! He answered all of my questions and made it so easy! You can’t go wrong going to York’s!

We did not have to go ip a 3rd time because they brought the vehicle too her! We came from the Bangor area to Houlton. Now THAT is customer service!

He was very thourough and organized in giving you any helpful information and very important, never pushy! The sale of my new Toyota tundra was very easy and stress free. They even took the time to deliver the vehicle to me which was an hour away. As far as financing Emily Putnam was also very helpful and got our loan through the banking institution we had asked for, that we deal with on a regular basis with a good interest rate. She was very knowledgable of every aspect of her job. Quick and easy

This is the second new Toyota I've bought in the past two years from York. Mark Pritchard is the salesman for both and I could not be more pleased with his assistance. Emily in finance was also courteous and professional. In addition I need to commend the service staff for the maintenance on my 2023 Tacoma and I look forward to a similar experience with the 2025 Signia.

I had the chance to bring my inlaw to yorks on 7/18/25 to look for a vehicle. Levi was great no pressure sale. When i get ready to by I newer vehicle i definitely be shopping at yorks

They do good work but I usually wait 2 hours for a oil change.
